Do I need a new phone to use Flex Mobile?

If you have an existing ACP plan and an Excess Telecom device, there's no need to get a new SIM card. Simply sign up for the Flex Mobile plan of your choice, and your account will be automatically updated and activated within 24 hours. If you prefer to use your own phone, we can send you a new Flex Mobile SIM card to get you started (coming July, 2024)).
