How do I make a payment on my Flex Mobile account?

To make a payment on your Flex Mobile account, follow these simple steps:

1.  Click here to login to your Flex Mobile account. If you forgot your login information, click on "Forgot Password" and follow the steps.

2. If your account is past due, you will see the following notification under the data usage section of your dashboard: "Your current plan is expired."

 

3. Click "Make a Payment" in the left-hand column or under the payment module on My Dashboard

 

4. Change your Plan Change Effective Date to "Start From Today" and fill out your payment information.

 

 

5. Continue enjoying your Flex Mobile service!

 

What if "there's no other plan for you to switch right now?"

If you see the message "there's no other plan for you to switch right now" when you click "Make a Payment", it's time to update your plan!

We've recently upgraded our plans to give you the best solution for your needs. Here's what to do:

1. Click "Change my plan"

 

2. Select your new plan.

 

3. Follow Step 4 above and begin using your new Flex Mobile plan!
