How to set up autopay and manage payment methods
Auto-Pay makes staying on top of your mobile payments easy. Here’s how to set it up and manage your payment methods efficiently.

How to Set Up Auto-Pay
- Log In: Click here to access your Flex Mobile account.
- Autopay: Click "Manage Autopay" on the left menu.
- Enable Autopay: Review plan details, enter payment information (or select a previously used card), review & accept terms/conditions, and select "Enroll in Autopay".
- Confirm: Check your email for a confirmation notification ensuring you're enrolled in autopay.
- Enjoy: You're all set up! Enjoy automatic billing so you never miss a payment.
If you want to add, delete, or view payment methods, you can easily do so below.
Managing Payment Methods
- Manage Payment Method: On your dashboard, click "Manage Payment Method" on the left menu.
- Add Payment Method: To add a payment method, click "Add Card", enter your payment information, and submit.
- Delete Payment Method: To delete a payment method, first ensure it is not currently used in autopay. If it is not used in autopay, simply click "Remove Card" to remove this payment method from your account.
- If the payment method you want to remove is used in autopay, please use the steps above to manage your autopay preferences.
Troubleshooting Auto-Pay
- Auto-Pay Issues: Check that your card or bank account has enough funds and isn’t expired.
- Check Notifications: After enabling autopay, you will receive monthly notifications alerting you of upcoming payments, successful payments, and/or declined payments. Please ensure you check your email frequently.
