1. Billing Cycle Options
With Flex Mobile, you have multiple billing cycle options to fit your lifestyle and connectivity needs. You can select from:

  • 1-Month Plan: Renewed monthly, ideal for flexibility and short-term needs.
  • 3-Month Plan: Billed quarterly, providing a balance of savings and convenience.
  • 6-Month Plan: A semi-annual option for those who prefer a longer commitment with additional savings.
  • 12-Month Plan: Our most cost-effective option, offering significant savings with an annual billing cycle.


When you first sign up, simply choose the billing cycle that works best for you. If your needs change, you can adjust your billing cycle at the end of your current term through your My Account page.

 

 

2. How to View Your Bill
You can easily view your current and past bills through the My Account page on our website. Here’s how:

  • Click here in to your Flex Mobile account.
  • Go to Billing History.
  • Select the billing period you’d like to view for a full breakdown of your charges.

4. Changing Your Billing Cycle
If you wish to change your billing cycle, you can do so at the end of your current cycle. Any changes to your billing cycle will take effect at the start of your next billing period, ensuring a smooth transition without any interruptions in service.
